Which payment methods does KingKanda offer?

KingKanda currently accepts the following forms of payment:

-Credit/Debit card

-PayPal

- Paystack

Why was the order total deducted from my bank account but my order status still says “waiting for payment” or “unpaid” ?

Some banks may send a message before the payment is processed to verify the order, which may lead to misunderstanding. If the amount was withdrawn, then the payment attempt failed, the bank will return the amount to you. If the amount has been withdrawn from your account but the order status still says "waiting for payment" or "unpaid", please contact the bank to confirm the payment first. If the payment attempt failed, the amount will be returned to you within a few days.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please note that returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed and all returned items are verified and inspected by our team. Once we confirm your return, the refund processing time from KingKanda's side is always 24 hours. Since different payment methods have different processing times, the exact time for the refund depends on the official processing time of your bank.

What if my refund amount is incorrect?

You will be refunded according to the actual price paid for the items (after deducting coupons, if used). Shipping fees is non-refundable.

If you still find your refund amount is incorrect, please contact us for more help.

Why was my package returned to sender?

Typically this is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the shipping company not having access to the delivery location.

If your shipping tracking info shows 'Returned to Sender' (as seen below), please click the 'Contact Agent' button below for a reshipment or a refund of your order.

Note: Please provide your correct delivery address when contacting us for a reshipment.

How can I track my order?

KingKanda provides two ways for tracking:

1. Shipping Email: It contains your tracking number and tracking link.

2. Track via "My Order", which also has a "TRACK" button.

-Please log into your account, click on "My orders" and click on the "Track" button for more details.

Note: It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end as the next facility needs time to scan packages. Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next facility.

How long will the order take to arrive?

Normally it will take some days to prepare your items before shipment, you may refer to our 'Shipping info' for details.

Why the package hasn’t arrived yet?

Due to the global events, flights decreased frequency also government restricted movement, which will delay the delivery of orders.

We are working around the clock to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions of our services, yet within limited resources and capacity, shipping and delivery will take longer time these days.

Why is my order taking longer to process than normal?

It typically takes 7-14 days to process your order. If your package exceeds the standard processing period, it's normally due to the fact that a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time.

If you wish to receive the other items in your order ASAP, you may cancel the item(s) for a refund, so the remaining products can be shipped out immediately. You can also contact Customer Service to assist with issuing a separate shipment.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the 'My Orders' page before it ships out.

Note:

We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. We recommend you do a return for a refund when the order gets to you.
